What used to be called the Leavers Assembly was turned into a reflection of the year at the final middle school assembly on June 12. In addition to saying goodbye to students who wouldn’t be returning to ASL next year there was a slide show of highlights of the year from all four grades. The eighth-grade acapella group from the Choices unit in music also performed a medley of songs. The group was supervised and advised by choir teacher Ms. Lisa Ross, but the songs were chosen and arranged by the eighth graders in the group.
